    All Stafford Yard residents have access to a gym, co-working space, residents' lounge, games room, meeting rooms, outdoor courtyard and a bookable private dining kitchen, all within the building.

  • Is the building managed on-site?

    Yes. An on-site team is available Monday to Saturday during normal office hours, with a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent issues outside of those hours.
